I've met people who's parents died, and they couldn't go to visit them, because one can not leave the country without loosing his process. This makes people in desperation travel to their countries, and many of them because they have children, jobs, spouses come back to the USA and stay illegal. We have laws for employers that allow them to bring people into this country to work. In agriculture an unlimited # is allowed. All of those laws stipulate that this is to be followed only after an American worker can't be found. We got to set the example! Even Brazil in 2009, had an immigration reform without any incident, or badmouthing anybody. Their president signed a law passed by their congress, basically legalizing everybody in the country. That includes thousands of Americans in the center-west, and northwest of Brazil.

I've met people who's parents died, and they couldn't go to visit them, because one can not leave the country without loosing his process. This makes people in desperation travel to their countries, and many of them because they have children, jobs, spouses come back to the USA and stay illegal. We have laws for employers that allow them to bring people into this country to work. In agriculture an unlimited # is allowed. All of those laws stipulate that this is to be followed only after an American worker can't be found. For greedy businesses, it is quite profitable to hire people in this country illegally because they don't have to go through the expense of fair wage, safe working conditions, long hours & child labor, because if your illegal, you have no means of recourse against them.

First off, if people come here to become legal, here is the key to that, do it LEGALLY. Second, THEN you will have your OWN LEGAL SS# to pay taxes. Pretty simple. That way you don't hurt other families & put the ones in distress that qualify for help through their income without.
Talking humane, I would NEVER take the food out of your child's mouth to feed mine. I would be DEVASTATED to know that another child didn't qualify for medical treatment because I added income to their parents tax.

One pesky problem that America is going to have to take notice of, IMO, is economy trumps everything. They say that 100,000 jobs a month are needed just to keep up with population growth. The problem we face is not a lack of workers but a lack of jobs. I don't see any improvement down the line because I think people that make money are going to make money, whether they move out of state or out of country. I just hope we don't turn into the land of unfunded mandates.

1- It's possible to solve the question in a orderly and humane way.
2- They are not animals, there are good people hard working families amongst them.
3-I am against the dehumanization and "blame everything on the illegals".
4- I despise the right wing rhetoric used by some media whores! Like Dobbs for example.

1- Orderly & humane is perfectly acceptable as long as its result is a zero tolerance for Illegal Amnesty. No familys & no children here illegally on US soil.
2- There are good & bad amongst them but none of them are here legally.
3- All illegal aliens are at least guilty of illegal entry to the US.

Don't generalize! I know a lady who employs eight people, writes, reads, and speaks in English. She has two American kids and she is a home owner! And yes, for some reason she had her visa expired almost two decades ago!

i understand what you're saying but lets be real. how many immigrants are in the same position as she? it's simple really, just look at what other language is being imposed on americans, spanish. if it was a generalization this wouldn't be the case. i am not racist towards people coming here to be one of us and live a better life. what i am racist towards is people who come here just to mooch on society and then impose themselves on us because they're too lazy/stupid to adapt.

Asian owned firms had annual receipts of 326 mil./ Immigration increases U.S. GDP by 37 Bil./ Immigrants in U.S. Mexio-30%/ Latin America-23%/Asia-27%/ Europe 13%. Immigration Reform would help improve the U.S. economy, labor force and countless other benefits. The immigration courts are under-staffed and are only getting worse.
