  • What is a good way to get enough juice when you work 8 hours a day?

  • Wonderful video! by the way my aunt tried this famous diet system known as: Impact 790 Diet and dropped 15 pounds within just a month. I can't remember the actual website just Google it.

  • Oh hai! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend got beautiful Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • We would like to start the gerson diet just for all the health benefits, not bc of cancer or any serious illness. I know step one is coffee enemas .. did you start out with that? Or is it not necessary if there isnt cancer or any other major illness present?

  • I agree with GraceofChrist. This man must be retired because all he would have time for in a day is food prep, juice drinking and eating!! These plans are wonderful and maybe highly effective, but they are not practical for most people to learn or maintain.

  • I would like to find out if anybody researched of DietOramy diet regime regime (google for additional information)? I've read about about it from a friend who really burned plenty of excess fat, however he is a type of a nut, so is there anyone ordinary around ^^ to confirm the actual proficiency of this eating plan?

  • Now what did you say is added to this juice? Potassium and what? What is this ?

Are they powder and where can I get this?

  • I bought my greenstar juicer to make baby food for my son. He's six years old. The juicer is still going strong after making countless gallons of juice for the family.

I'd like to get a Norwalk Juicer, but at five times the cost I think I'll stick with this one for a while.

I usually like to add lemon juice to anything that has fruit in it to slow down the oxidation. Is that against the Gerson protocol?

  • HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO GO TO SCHOOL IF I WILL HAVE TO JUICE EVERY 1.5 HRS. NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE HERE, BEING SINCERE.

  • @TheGraceofChrist Drink your green juices right away at home. The apple/carrot combos should be okay to take with you, store in a cooler in your car or maybe you could get use of a fridge on campus.

  • @JScott1266 My good friend who is also very sick is going to do a juice fast with me instead and we're going to do coffee enemas also. Our tentative start date is Jan 27I hope it works I have tumors all over =( Charlotte says in her DVD's by the time you have 1 tumor there is sever damage to all your major organs, my friend has one tumor and just 'recovered' from a type of cancer. I was given a Norwalk juicer for Christmas by a generous family member we are going to fast as long as we're able.

  • I just bought a juicer and I drank some carrot juice and it made me feel like I was drunk or something. I think it might take some time to get used to the juice or something.

  • If you have cancer or a serious degenerative disease the best thing to do is always to contact the Gerson Institute. They are in San Diego California. The book Healing The Gerson Way is available on Amazon.com.

  • @Zimmermania Can somebody please tell me which is the BEST GERSON DIET OR THERAPY BOOK I must

get for myself for Cancer. There are a few books which I don't know which one to get. Please reply to me in detail. Thank you.

  • @Zimmermania I don't think there's a clinic in California.

  • I know I sound just like Kermit in this video! Too much green juice perhaps? LOL.

  • Granny Smith apples are the preferred couple for the Gerson therapy. Fiji apples are allowable when Granny Smith apples are not available. You are absolutely correct. I never noticed this, even during the entire period of time I was doing the Gerson therapy. Thank you!

  • You are supposed to use GREEN Apples

  • How can I get the Gerson diet?

  • Is this Kermit the frog talking ?

  • @scheming8rythem The greenstar juicer can be bought online. The GreenStar 1000 is good enough.

  • @dachee watch this vimeo dot com / 24821365

  • @garymccaffrey

your link does not work !!!

  • ok, i'm confused, i have cancer and want to do the gerson diet...i thought you could put the whole vegetable/fruit in the juicer, witout coring and taking all that stuff out? Where do I get the iodine? I don't have money to get the book....trying to find the recipes and help on line...

  • @canrsiegrl go gerson.org and they can help you. Also research MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement) I hear it helps greatly with cancer. Best of luck!

  • ok, i'm confused, i have cancer and want to do the gerson diet...i thought you could put the whole vegetable/fruit in the juicer, witout coring and taking all that stuff out?

  • Great video!

  • Should I make more videos? I LOVED making this one!

  • @Zimmermania yes please! i am interested in getting s juicer

  • @Zimmermania yes, you are awesome and informative thank you!

  • Interesting

  • change your water, like changing the water in your fish bowl. you wouldn't give the fish medicine and put it back in the dirty water...it's the acid/alkaline balance in foods that determine our ph level, which needs to be around 7.3, on a scale of 1 to 15

eat alkaline foods. acidic foods break down the body prematurely.

  • @yellowandblues Absolutely! I am interested in obtaining a list of alkaline foods? Got one?

  • Great video. I have been into natural health for over 35 years. In that time frame, I have not needed a doctor. I do not any prescription drugs or illness. I do not used over the counter medicine. Natural health heals and cures. Keep up the good work.

  • Mr. Zimmerma, thank you so much for the wonderful video! Couple of questions:

    1. I just bought a Green Star but am riveted with quesitons whether I made a good choice re juice quality. Your comments about it not being approved by Gerson create more pain. Can you please address this?

    2. How do you filter your water to get rid of all the pollutants and yet save the useful salts and other beneficial

    materials in it?

  • @Macedon51

In Enzyme tests, the Green Star was almost as good as the Norwalk, and it's about 1/5th the price (and weight). I read a paper where some scientists actually did sophisticated testing using a variety of different juices, norwalk, green star, and different centrifigul ones. The cold press and twin gear got the most out. (green star was almost as good as norwalk).

  • @LambadLambadLambda What a great comment! Thank you! I always wondered about this and now you have answered my question! How great. Thanks again! Bill Z.

  • @LambadLambadLambda Hey that's great news. I wish I read this comment sooner. When I had lunch with Charlotte Gerson she asked me what kind of juicer I had, and I answered the GreenStar 1000. She nodded and said that it was okay. She did NOT object to my using it however she said she would prefer it be made out of stainless steel because plastic is somewhat toxic. They are extremely careful at the institute because they are protecting the credibility of the therapy.

  • @Zimmermania

A danger with plastic is BPA. BPA will gradually leech into liquids contained in plastics. It will do so 55 times faster if it gets hot. However, I doubt that any detectable BPA would leeach into juice from it passing over cold nylon. That's almost like saying, don't buy carrots that come in a plastic bag because of BPA...I think it's crossing the line from safety to ridiculous.

  • @Macedon51

But they suggested the real issue was not heat, but oxidation due to exposure to air. Those high RPM juicers introduce a lot of oxygen into the juice. The cold press types will also produce less foam (which is another indicator of how oxidized the juice will be. So it's best to drink the juice fresh and not store it long.

About the water, why are you concerned about salt/mineral intake? The trace amounts of beneficial nutrients in water is so minute the question is meaningless.

  • @LambadLambadLambda Yes I agree. The GreenStar rotates at only 100 rpm's and is an excellent method of juice extraction. The only drawback is the white plastic stains BADLY over time but if you can handle that it will always make great juice for you and cleans up easily once you get used to cleaning it.

  • @Zimmermania You got that right. The staining is really annoying. I am an extremely clean person... you can scrub it with baking soda but nothing more abrasive than that. You can also replace the parts but that's a little foolish since they really ARE clean when you wash them. I run a little hydrogen peroxide through it in the afternoon before I juice if I don't clean it. I disassemble it each evening and wash it once a day. I got lazy but I am getting my juice.

  • @Macedon51 It is a tough durable juicer. I love it and yes, it's the best short of the $2500 Norwalk juicer. So yes you did the right thing. "Gerson approved" means all juicers except the Norwalk juicer. It is the only one that you can use if you have cancer and are doing the Gerson Therapy properly. I use reverse osmosis at my home. In California I use Pure Water Systems of San Diego. But it only gets out 96% of Fluoride. Hope this helps! Thanks for the post!

  • @Macedon51 I would definitely contact the Gerson Institute in San Diego gerson.org and ask them these questions. If you have cancer it is all the more important to let them guide you properly.

  • yes.......unfortunately the pharmamafia propagates such rumors.....they fight everything, that really can heal you because they want to make big money/create sick people

  • @revnu2 Big Pharma does some things well, but then again they have way too much power and for people who have no time, must work and can't take time out to do a therapy like this big pharma waits with solutions that make them money. Sad but true. Stay healthy America! Stay health world! And God bless Max Gerson, Charlotte Gerson and the Gerson Institute in San Diego... Send them a few bucks, they are an amazing organization. gerson dot org

  • your making a mistake by cutting off the ends and apple cores

    keep them

  • @frank0067 That's debatable but thank for the info! It is not allowed under the Gerson Therapy however. For what reasons I do not know. Thanks for your comment!

  • @frank0067 It is not recommended by the Gerson Therapy as prescribed by the Gerson Institute to the best of my knowledge. I WILL double check. Thank you for your comment.

  • it is a BIG MISTAKE to trow the apples seeds into the trash !!!! they have really good and much Vitamin B inside.......take the seeds and eat them by really good chewing them....its really a special trick espesially for cancer

  • @revnu2 I had heard that apple seeds contain cyanide and it large quantities, can be poisonous to you. But after your comment, I looked it up, and you're right. Although controversial, there has been research that shows that the body can actually use this form of cyanide, known as laetrile or b-17, to destroy cancer cells by unlocking the cyanide on them. Thanks for encouraging the consumption of the seeds!

  • @strausserministries

    youtube.com/watch?v=-4jv8wB4cDk

another real healthy thing to eat ;)

  • @strausserministries Wouldn't it be great if apple seeds were that potent? I'll ask around. Thanks for the input.

  • We don't need to juice anymore! It's expensive, and without your own organic farm with nutrient rich soil, you will ingest way too many calories to get the nutrients and anti-oxidants that your body requires! Take the Five Minute Tour (Easy.5minutetour) - That's my web address. Now, have helped friends get off of heart medication and currenlty have had one person completely beat Type II Diabetes. It's convenient and all products are Brunswick Lab Certified. I would love your help too!

  • Very cool*I love juicing & the Gerson Therapy is amazing

  • @hawaii29803 Have you had success with the Gerson Therapy?

  • i like to thow some celery stalks in there with em too

  • @beasley1987 Go for it! Celery is a green juice, best kept in a different batch than the classic apple-carrot juice prescribed by Max Gerson. Remember folks the Gerson Therapy is rigid. It is designed to defeat cancer an most known diseases! The work of Max Gerson and his research was powerful! He was right on so many levels that Congress struck his testimony from the Congregational record! That's treason but powerful interests made it so. Powerful medicine!

  • @beasley1987 Yummy!

  • the way I understand this is that Gerson Therapy doesn't cure anything. What it does is to put the body function and the immune system back into balance. Once that happen, the body will heal itself. Our human body is one of nature's miraculous mavhine and it is designed to heal itself, given the right fuel. Gerson Therapy simply replenish our body with the right fuel via the right food and allow it to work properly. Imagine having been filling your diesel engine with gasoline all these years,

  • @thaiav8r " What [gerson therapy] does is to put the body function and the immune system back into balance. Once that happen, the body will heal itself. " thats called a cure.

  • @thaiav8r Bingo. That is exactly what it does. Cancer is an unnatural state. It can not live in a body with a balanced immune system. However if the body is too far gone from cancer there is a tipping point where no therapy can help even Gerson sadly. And they admit that. However, many diseases are cured by this remarkable therapy. I used it to clean up a lot of age related problems. All are completely gone. Cool hu? I love the therapy and bless Max Gerson every day.

  • @Zimmermania I hope I'm not too far gone. Will have to see if I can do this. I'm supposed to go to school in Jan, this is ALOT of juice making throughout the day. I really hope I can do this. I eat organic eggs and Ezekiel toast for breakfast so this is really going to be a major lifestyle upheaval.

  • Does anyone know exactly what the Gerson Cancer Protocol is? I know you take 13 drinks a day and do coffee enemas (not sure if that is one a day or more? And do this for x number of weeks. What is in the Juice drink? How many coffee enemas? How many weeks? And lastly does anyone know why Gerson does not do blending instead of juicing. I've seen tons of testimonials on green smoothies (Greens/a little fruit) for health. Thanks

  • @2healthnuts the reason you juice and not blend is because the vitamins and enzymes from the juice are very well absorbed due to the lack of fibre. Just blending, would be no different to just eating the veg. Juicing also allows you to eat far more veggies than blending would. The full program goes for 2 years. Enemas are at least 3 or so daily. Great summaries are available online in free PDFs:)

  • @2healthnuts Sorry for the delay responding. Got to gerson dot org and contact them. Especially if you have cancer or a degenerative disease. The instutute does not charge to talk with you about the therapy. Also you can buy Charlotte Gerson's new book from Amazon. Healing The Gerson Way. Also I ask everyone to donate a few dollars to the Gerson Institute when ever they can. It feels good and they help so many people for free!

  • @2healthnuts They have a book called Healing The Gerson way. It's new and simplified from the original book. You can get it on Amazon or at gerson dot org. Send them a donation while you're at it. They are moving to a new building and need the money.

  • Hey, Just bought the "Waring Pro" 400 watt Juicer on Amazon for $44.00, does a better Job, and you dont have to cut up the carrots as much!

  • @slightlyoverkill Sounds amazing and convenient! Any juice is good juice!

  • that juicer isn't cheap.

  • @Ubuntufrog No but I had cancer and now the cancer is gone. I needed the best unit that made great juice. There is a big difference between twin gear juicers and centrifugal juicers. Beware of the difference IF YOU ARE SICK. If not anything will do.

  • @Zimmermania Good for you, congrats bro!

  • Wonderin what does it cost you a month in product to juice 8 times a day???

  • @cheechtj Cost us about $400 a month for 2 adults and a child partial time. Just in juice that is.

  • @BrokenRRT Check your sources. Sometimes the farmers at the farmers markets will strike a deal with you.

  • @Zimmermania It has saved my life! Feel free to ask any questions. I do not have cancer that I know of but been diagnosed with a few autoimmunes and a few other degenerative nerve diseases and syndromes ect. I been through it all from Mayo Clinic in AZ to Johns Hopkins in MD. I been on DMARDs, Chemo, steroids, all of it. Stuck in a bed for over a year and in and out of a wheel chair for another untill I change my life around starting with the jiucing and Gerson therapy. Now vegan and most raw..

  • @cheechtj Well I get 20 lbs of organic carrots at costco for about eleven bucks. I get my organic apples from the apple guy at the local farmers market. He had me contact his boss and now each week he brings me slightly bruised apples for 1/3 the cost of regular apples. When I was sick they gave me them for free. How cools is that? People can be wonderful.

  • @Zimmermania I wish I had a costco where I live, no where in town can I get a deal like that. Where I live it is very, very expensive to buy organic. I will pray God makes a way.

  • @cheechtj I grow Kale and Chard here in Southern California. So that's saving a lot of money. Kale and Chard can grow eight feet tall but if you do not let them go to seed and prune them back they keep putting out great leaves for juice! Use high grade natural and organic dirt (add it to your garden where you're planting your juicing vegetables and use quality organic compost at least five times a year amending the soil around your plants. Costco has organic carrots cheap.

  • @cheechtj I figure I should chime in on some of these comments. Costco sells organic carrots in ten pound bags for about five bucks. I buy them three times a week (2 bags) so I spend about $30 a week. Also I get apples from the farmers market where I befriended the organic apple guy.

  • I just tried this it taste lovely. You can only really taste the apple its great. Its a damn site easier than eating the things themselves
