What he states here, i know from personal experience, is absolutely true. Every word of it.
My life changed magically the days i looked in the mirror and remembered to tell myself this, and that's when things picked back up, particularly my love life and the girls started flooding in! and that's no understatement! :P hehe

Thanks for the love to love!! I love myself for many years. I am sure your book will be so helpful to all of those children who haven't learned how to love themselves. Because if we love ourselves we love every body else. And maybe that will help to exchange violence and hate in the world...for more Peace and love
