It goes on alot more in the streets and public as well and every public place is basically the same these days. most enviroments are pretty much the same these days. All students at my university are required to take foreign language classes or test out, as is the case at many top universities. Lots of professions, from law enforcement to medicine, encourage fluency in more than one language. It is not at all unusual for a college grad to be multilingual.

If Israel tears down all the old buildings and builds brand new infrastructure in the area, and then is forced to leave the area, then the Palestinian authority will not have to construct as much housing and infrastructure after it takes over the area. If you are being bullied, you must deal with the situation. Do not ignore the bullies - as they may think you are being "snobby". Try to diffuse the situation with humor. Stand up for others being bullied.
If the situation continues, write an official letter and hand it to a high up - not the head. Keep the letter completely confidential. Do not mention any bullies names - the teachers will find out anyway.
Important: Bystanders are bullies also.

@jcn35 Top 5 overall in the US according to the 2010 rankings. Anyway, the only reason why I told you that was to help broaden your mind. You don't have to be a minority to speak another language. All students at my university are required to take foreign language classes or test out, as is the case at many top universities. Lots of professions, from law enforcement to medicine, encourage fluency in more than one language. It is not at all unusual for a college grad to be multilingual.

If Israel tears down all the old buildings and builds brand new infrastructure in the area, and then is forced to leave the area, then the Palestinian authority will not have to construct as much housing and infrastructure after it takes over the area. Israel's actions may end up saving the Palestinian Authority a lot of money it doesn't have. Just a thought.
