RTD failed at fooling everyone, some of the reasons aren't his fault though. They were already saying that David was staying, and people had uploaded pics of him doing the Christmas special.
There's the Xmas special + 4 more specials b4 the Moffat era begins in 2010 (Dr Who Magazine - DWM 398, £3.99 or $7.99).Also, for those who are interested, they filmed the scene in which the Dr gives a piece of coral to Dr #2 to build his own TARDS but then decided not to use it as it's a loaded scene & would've detracted from all the other stuff going on. But it will be included in the deleted scenes on the box set so fans can argue that it did happen (a bit of a cop out if you ask me).
I am sorry, but the fact he didn't regenerate really annoyed me. If he had, the suprize would have been amazing. However, it was really obvious he wouldn't; they had released all that stuff about him being in the specials.

Those pictures of him in the christmas episode if they are real could have been a decoy to hide the ending of this series to make us think that David is returning. You should never trust or rely on what you read in the papers or the internet because it may not be true!

Actually I have just listened again a couple of times on TV and chechked the subtitles and I think it's just David Tennatnt's accent and he does in fact say 'ing'.
He says: "I'm regenerating!" But I do admit it does sound like he says: "I'm regenerated!" But he would of said: "I have regenerated!" Otherwise it would sound weird. But could point, I think the BBC should of mae sure it was really clear what he was saying. =]

Actually there were lucky fans that just so happened to find the filiming location of the scean where the Daleks are at the Noble family's street and they are taking people away or EXTERMINATING! them. You know the man that refusses to go with the Daleks and he runs inside his house but the Dalkes EXTERMINATE! the house and it blows up, well that was the man that was mistaken for Christopher Eccleston, this was becasue from the point of view the lucky fans were at it looked and sounded like him.

When the TARDIS lands on earth the red Dalek goes "find the Doctor" but when he is talking about torchwood he says "exterminate" I dont think the Daleks have properly killed him as they obviously wanted him on the planet.
Also when hie is shot the beam carrys on going after it hit him so he didnt get the full power of it and if you watch carefully only one of his hearts lights up. So he hasnt been killed properly.

The Tardis and the hand causes him to regenerate in a strange way, he actually splits into 3 doctors. Remember caan, 'the Dark Lord is here...the threefold man.' Meaning 3 Doctors. Donna dies in this episode but there is a massive twist, evidence is building up and there is a belief that she is the Rani...a female Timelord who is also an enemy of the Doctor!
i think he will stay the same, all the planets are in the temperal reality that davros set up to hide the planets so it may keep the doctor as the same person
as for the series it was a slow burner but what a cliffhanger for the ending

I don't think this is going to be a stright forward regeneration. We all know what a regeneration looks like so why do we have to wait a week to see the end of it? Unless something is going to happen... But what?
I think he will regenerate into himself (David Tennant) cos of his hand (that the mater used in series 3 and Captin Jack has in Torchwood) is connected to the Tardis & you see it every now and then thoughout series 4 and also at the start of the "Stolen Earth" episode!
There isn't a new Doctor i think the hand in the jar stops the regeneration but the Doctor does get healed. After all he has alreayd finished filming the xmas special and there are picture of him from Journeys end back at Badwolf Bay with Donna and Rose
If the BBC want to keep a new doctor a surprise they will quite possibly have gone to the lengths of leaking fake pics of David Tennant in Christmas specials that aren't real, and have asked David Tennant to make out that he was staying on for the specials. Let's face it, if he is going it will be brilliant that they've managed to keep it quiet. And if he's not going then I'm pissed off with RTD for messing about with the seriousness of regeneration!

David Tennant has been seen filming the christmas special, this is NOT the end of him as the doctor. I'm intrigued as to how they'll pull this off though.
Robert Carlyle will replace David Tennant the new Doctor. Remember "The Parting of the Ways" episode the Doctor was Christopher Eccleston. David Tennant wasn't in the cast, his name was at the end credits.

I think Donna will die and fuse with the TARDIS in some way, nad it may have something to do with Professor Song.

I am not sure, but i reckon Donna could be a timelord, a incarnation of Rani perhaps or a different one altogether. Her name is very important.
She says she is a temp worker all the time, which means "TIME" in latin, also, she has a last name, "NOBLE" and Rani is "LADY". So, "NOBLE TIME LADY".
Also, i think the master is the former prime-minister and she has a psychic paper, why else would she keep telling people who she is, and you didn't actually see her die!

Look on the cast list for "Journey's end" and you can see that it still lists David Tennant in the role of the Doctor. This is just a red herring that Davies has dropped in at the end to form a good cliffhanger. Why do you think there was no trailer? Because it'd give the game away, that's why.

also if someone is exterminated they die pretty damn quick, and the doctor is able to speak to rose which might be something to do witht eh fact he is a timelord. but you kinda expect that if he is dead that he would regenerate on the spot or smmt.
so yeah.
also i think the hand is gonna have something to do with it, the fact that theyre one second out sync or w/e it is maybe might stop his regeneration??

When the TARDIS lands on earth the red Dalek goes "find the Doctor" but when he is talking about torchwood he says "exterminate" I dont think the Daleks have properly killed him as they obviously wanted him on the planet.
Also when hie is shot the beam carrys on going after it hit him so he didnt get the full power of it and if you watch carefully only one of his hearts lights up. So he hasnt been killed properly.

The Tardis and the hand causes him to regenerate in a strange way, he actually splits into 3 doctors. Remember caan, 'the Dark Lord is here...the threefold man.' Meaning 3 Doctors. Donna dies in this episode but there is a massive twist, evidence is building up and there is a belief that she is the Rani...a female Timelord who is also an enemy of the Doctor!

i think he will stay the same, all the planets are in the temperal reality that davros set up to hide the planets so it may keep the doctor as the same person
as for the series it was a slow burner but what a cliffhanger for the ending
as for the christmas episode in victorian london with cybermen i wouldnt put is past them to have taken a few pictures with tennant just to hide a change of doctor

I don't think this is going to be a stright forward regeneration. We all know what a regeneration looks like so why do we have to wait a week to see the end of it? Unless something is going to happen... But what?

I think he will regenerate into himself (David Tennant) cos of his hand (that the mater used in series 3 and Captin Jack has in Torchwood) is connected to the Tardis & you see it every now and then thoughout series 4 and also at the start of the "Stolen Earth" episode!

If the BBC want to keep a new doctor a surprise they will quite possibly have gone to the lengths of leaking fake pics of David Tennant in Christmas specials that aren't real, and have asked David Tennant to make out that he was staying on for the specials. Let's face it, if he is going it will be brilliant that they've managed to keep it quiet. And if he's not going then I'm pissed off with RTD for messing about with the seriousness of regeneration!

Robert Carlyle will replace David Tennant the new Doctor. Remember "The Parting of the Ways" episode the Doctor was Christopher Eccleston. David Tennant wasn't in the cast, his name was at the end credits.

David Tennant has filmed the Xmas episode and scenes at the end of this series (see various Who blogs for lots of pictures and videos).
BUT...
The Doctor could still regenerate here. As the Medusa Cascade is a second ahead of normal time it we could get a glimpse of Doctor 11 before 10 reappears when time is reset back a second at the end - a sort of flashforward to series 5. That's possible isn't it?
