Dude i have this version of PSO on Dreamcast and i have a friend with a Gamecube with his version of PSO. Do you know if we can play together in a server?

Many bugs can cause problems, your asking something that wasn't to be made, items may transform or lose properties when droped especially mags, enemy stats are vastly different and in worst cases one of you will FSOD online, making that person lose all the unequiped items.

It's possible but not recomended.

Yeah what kind of fag sells a Dreamcast adapter for $200.You may only play online for 2 hours.Dreamcast isnt that famous anymore but I still love my dreamcast and my Phantasy Star Online V2

Yeah, there r forms to play free to PSO, But u should know if there is a free ISP on your country. If u have one, I´ll translate an spanish guide to do it. hehehe

You can find a free dial up ISP or if you want you can make a Dreamcast server through your PC.

Whit Dreamcast u can´t play with GC BB, or PC BB.
