i personally add alot more sugar, because the sugar will melt when in the pan and make it more caramel and it will look darker too, and you can just serve them with honey, double cream and tea :)

This recipe isn't bad, but with the food processor the pancake will loose its fluffiness due to over mixing and it will not have the consistency of the American pancakes.

no it is a pancake, the original pancakes are english ones like the one she just made, crepes are french are made differently and the pancakes i presume u are talking about are american pancakes which are a lot thicker more like scones than pancakes
