I just read your description. Actually meeting the Isley Brothers isn't as hard as you may think. Just keep looking on ticketmaster with the keyword "Isley" and make sure the concert specifically says "V.I.P. includes meet and greet". I just met Ron and Ernie a few weeks ago at the Chicago Theatre. Vip tickets are only about 150 a piece but these usually sell out pretty fast and when they do the prices usually double on ebay or stubhub. There are tickets on sale now
