@lolitinha21 i've gone there in 1983, and in many islands, and what you have written is true, but you can't say that all people have no education. some of them have no education and are not simpatic, ok, i know. i can even say that some of them are very stupid, and because of this, are not simpatic, etc..(specially those who have studied in rich western countries...)
BUT there's also wonderful people there, fantastic people, and very simpatic !
@cyllansse@lolitinha21 I'm a local and I am right now in Europe studying, but I´m a nice dude with lots of sympathy to give!!!! we can not generalize, everywhere in the world there are people without education or nasty! there are few people like that, but normal here in Europe there also, but I can not say that Europeans are bad people! :D

yeah there's a strong breeze, meaning that the sun seems less intense than it actually is (I have a burnt face to prove it!)
