I have no doubt that many ET civilizations have been visiting us over many centuries, and that the government has already made a partial disclosure of that fact. There's plenty of evidence for this. I am much less sure about the reality of the abduction scenario, or any theories about the motives of these visitors--beyond study and observation of earth. There has been a story for many years that the "grays" are basically like robots, androids or artificial life forms.
