  • The US is HURRICANE without government.

  • @fedupwithR:

you are the smart ........s I read over on the democrat and chronicle of Rochester, by all means if you are so fed up with Rochester Pack and leave to another country, by the way no one knows why these people still figthing for their house and why the bank has eat it ...they screw this people and robbed them by asking money for a modification and after received it sold their home to fredi mac and screw them, don't judge if you don't know, the bank is the one refusing to work a deal

  • Everyone should have at least one years of cash set aside for emergencies like this. He was only unemployed for a few months? This would have never happened.

  • Do you think banks care for the empty homes? nahhh they got pay for them the trouble now is dump to the city, county, towwn to deal with vandalized homes because they are empty, if any one think thatbanks looses money here , uff you really need a reality check and do some search and investigation, they got pay 3 times for ir, thats why they don't care.

  • So what is Max Faad-Wolf in sheep's clothing solution? Just chuck everyone out on the road probably!

  • @FedupwithR If you can't pay your hotel bill you get kicked out of the hotel. You can't pay your mortgage, you lose your home. Do you own a home? Don't you want the losers to be kicked out so that the price of houses is more affordable for the next guy? Keeping suckers in a home is what is keeping the prices artificially inflated!

  • @mookixox

It's because I sit comfortably in my own home that I feel sorry for these unfortunate people. I think there should be a little flexibility for people in this situation. Banks could afford to wait a month or two if someone falls ill. They allow business people to pile up huge debts, millions sometimes. As for calling people "suckers" I don't.

  • @FedupwithR By all mean let's feel sorry for them. Losing your home is just plain crappy. But we also live in reality, you don't PAY, you don't STAY. It's because I rent and live within my financial means that I want the suckers to be evicted so the houses become availaible and more affordable. Keeping the suckers in a home they can't pay for keeps the houses over-priced. I deserve a housing market that isn't over-valued with losers screwing it all up.

  • What in hell do you do with all of these empty homes?? Some people are really frickin nuts!!

  • by the way food don't have nothing to do with issues here as some comments are posted here, hope you don't end up in the same situation..LMIMSsoi, your comments are not welcome and not funny to make fun of other disasters or misfortunes

  • I know the story of these home owners and believe me it has a lot of consistencies from part of the bank and what they did to this people, they been rob ask for money for modification and after get pay they sold their home to fredie mack ,,, yes WE ARE TALKING ABOUT WELL'S FARGO AND FREDI MAC AND STEVEN J BAUM FIRM IN BUFFALO NY whom has been fine $2,000.000.00 million dollars for illegal forclosure practices such in the case of the Steidels...

  • that can continue making payment if the banks really wants to help,

the true is that BANKS GET PAY BY THE GOVERMENT, BAIL OUT, BANKS GET PAY BY INSURANCES COMPANIES, AND THIRD THEY GET PAY BY THE NEW BUYER WHO BUYS THIS FORCLOSE PROPERTIES, THEY GET PAY 3 TIMES

, now any one can tell me how in the world banks are going to care to help any home owner whom wants to keep their home? .

  • Lets get the facts straight: Banks has been bail out and the banks has done nothing if any to help Homeowners, the fact is that many of them can afford their homes but the banks has not been able to work any past due payments or any modification to aliviate the burden of homeowners and continue making payments on their homes, at least their monthly payment should be lowered, many of this people has lost their jobs but have some sort of income

  • The problem is that for decades, millions of people have been brainwashed to buy houses they can't afford, on credit, for the illusion of "owning" real property.

In reality, the banks own it, and many are paying more on interest rates than they would pay on rent.

Now they are desillusioned if they have to leave "their" property. In fact, it never was theirs.

Poor fools, I pity them. And fuck those banksters who persuaded them to fall into this trap!

  • i'm surprised nobody that got foreclosed on went insane and shot up BofA HQ.

  • this is what happens when you bail out the huge institutions and leave the people out in the cold. We make the economy run. We work for America. If you fuck the nation over you fuck that nation over, bailing out banks isn't gonna do shit.

  • American jobs overseas holds it back much more.

  • They obviously have enough money to eat.

  • the banks should have been approving and fast tracking the loan modification programs they started to offer 3 years ago. the banks are totally bogged down in their pipeline and they have this incestious corporate cultures and no one has any authoritization to make decisions!!! this shuffling of files, requesting of information they have received many times over from the defaulting owners,...it's all ridiculous! and nothing is being done to change it.

  • default all personal debt and have major banking players hanging from trees. That would solve the problem overnight.

  • Jews are 2% of the population, yet own 33% of the wealth, no I'm not racist, I can't stand neo nazis or the origional nazis. What I'm saying is fact and all the while American's are bashing Muslims, blacks, Latinos. Chinese, Filipinos saying they are taking the jobs....blah blah blah. I only hope some of you get it.

  • @xxtruthbetoldx

where can we confirm your figures?

  • obama is a lost cause

  • actually the correct term is REPOSESSED - not 'foreclosed'

  • Meanwhile in Africa...

  • Maybe they could have used a FRACTION of the $16 billion the Federal Reserve gave to banks during "quantitative easing" to ease the housing crisis

What a bunch of crooked bastards, son of a bitch, my country is getting robbed and no one living in it seems to care.

  • @Redfingers 16 Billion dollars wont even make a dent in the housing crisis, this is more like a trillion dollar problem :/

  • @cbohar84 He meant 16Trillion :D

  • @cbohar84

    $16 trillion

They gave the banks $16 trillion

  • @Redfingers But the bankers live in obscene poverty. I mean, they only have two yachts - how can somebody survive with two yachts?...and only earn 6 figure sums, how are they are going to pay the politicians with that little?...and only have a top of a range Merc, how could they stand the shame?...and only destroyed the world economy once, how can anyone only do it only once? Think of the poorly little bankers...I might setup a charity for them...

  • looks like they enough $ for food

  • @LMIMSsoi LOL, Im sure if they cut their food budget in half they could afford five mortgages XD
