Not to be rude, but did they even rehearse together? It looks like they all practiced just a few times on their own, seperately, then this was their first time doing it as a group. There's no shame in slowly going over the steps together and learning how to all be in sync. Take your time to learn it, it's okay if it takes you awhile to all get it.
