Couldn't have been 100 feet since it wouldn't feel like concrete when you hit it. Water is denser than air and therefore would have a harder impact when falling. I'm pretty sure the human falls between 50-70 meters a second, and someone would probably die from traveling over 140km downward into water...or seriously injure themselves
