We know the globe is warming, we know the levels of co2 are rising, we know that humans have been causing enormous amounts of co2 to be released into the air, we know that the rises in co2 and the heating of the glob have been seemingly in concert. Can you think of any other cause for the changes in our enviroment. I cant.

You do not seem to be completely stupid. You must know that the evidence is that the Sun affects climate and that increased CO2 is an effect of solar radiation changes.

Look for the simplest answer see my comment above. Why look for reasons not to accept. Follow simple logic. The earth is getting warmer, co2 is a gas that can cause this heating, we have been emitting enormous amounts for nearly 100 years, co2 is rising, where do you think all that gas is going and what is it doing. Their are ppl in this world that dont want to see co2 emissions cut for their own hip pocket not because of any logical reason dont let them trick you.

BS big time. How much of global COs emissions are directly related to human actions. Humans emit more CO2 then per day then all cars together! The climate has always been changing - and its called climate variation.

I still support it then energy security is important and if the UK gov uses a backdoor like they did with Saddam ... please.

As a last question: When the climate variation will cool the earth again. Who do you blame? The solar industry?

The Bill seeks -60% cut by 2050. This is too little too late and lacks a global rationale. Gov't took the UK-only figure from the RCEP. RCEP recommended global Contraction & Convergence. The government avoids any global rationale for revision. Parlaiment's All Party Group on Climate Change shortly publish a DVD with the global C&C risk-rationale and international support for this. DEFRA need this if they need all-party support.

The bill is essential, faulty and inadequate.

I very much hope that key improvements are made including: Addressing Aviation, Shipping, Annual targets, a Carbon Treasury with budgetary powers, Improving the target.
