@DamascusTer Unfortunately, it's not that easy. You see, Sega of Japan want to pretend the series never existed (despite them releasing the first one on Wii Virtual Console in Japan) I'm actually planning a fangame project to kind of create an unofficial version of what Mike intended the third game to be like. He likes the idea and supports it. He's been giving me some info on it every now and then, but his job he currently has keeps him busy so I don't have information on everything yet.

@DamascusTer It's going to use a custom engine. Though, I haven't started it yet.

@DamascusTer No, MUGEN doesn't have everything needed for it. I'm gonna create the game engine from scratch probably, unless I find a better game engine. Basically, it's going to attempt to be an unofficial Eternal Champions: The Final Chapter release and give us the third game that never happened due to Sega Of Japan being overly paranoid about an American game being better than theirs.
