I was introduced to the sweet sounds of a real talent Anita Baker back when she was with Chapter 8 in elementary school then there was a break then The Songstress Album came with "Angel" and "You're the best thing yet" I was just mellowing into puberty (12-13) and still held onto to my choir boy soprano...I was in every talent show imaginable singing Anita for warm up...this really brings back memories...I heard Manhattan Transfer do this song first before I heard Anita and I love both versions
