I'm in Marine Corp JROTC. We have one of the BEST drill platoons/ first years. All comps, we placed in the top 3. Most of the schools around us are either Army, or Navy. We're the only one for awhile that has a MCJROTC. I love it! I am a girl too. So girls can never complain it's too hard. We have 143 cadets and 70 of us (maybe) are girls. (:

@TStrince Not yet. We might this year? I don't know. And no, the rifles are not loaded. But we do have a pretty good rifle team. I'm not on it cause I can't shoot with the air rifles but with other guns I can shoot well. >.> Just air rifles I really can't..Yes, it's weird. >.< But all we have are air rifles and we recently received new ones. @MedicmanFP Nope I'm part of the MCJROTC and i wanted to be in the Marine Corp ever since I saw the Marine Corp Silent Drill Platoon at a lakers game they way they walked with confidence I wanted to be one of them I have friends a Family in AF,Army,Navy, and Marine Corp Jrotc me and my cousin are the only ones who are going to join the Military and yes I can see why people migth assusme that were being brainwashed I never got the idea of joining the Military by Jrotc. It's a wonderfull progam.

@MedicmanFP wrong im in the Army JROTC and it teaches you life skills and citizenship but a bonus is what you thought yeah you will start at a higher rank now i don't see why people think that if you join the JROTC you have to commit to the mlitary now yes a quater of the cadets join but not all i hate it when people do this
