how was it lackluster? Fedor said none of the blows really landed, and he executed his game plan to perfection. He lured Arlovski into being overly confident and he made Arlovski pay. Arlovski didn't get close, Fedor wasn't bruised or cut (and he does both very easily) Also remember, there are no other heavyweights with Arlovskis hand speed and boxing skills. Tell me who is going to beat him? There are very very few people who I can imagine coming out of round one with him.

andrei was doing an awesome job against fedor. he was faster, and he was able to dodge everything fedor threw and usually was able to successfully counter with his own shots. fedor got a bit wobbled a couple times, and after about a minute and a half he was visibly getting frustrated with AA's striking.

then andrei makes the same mistake he did in his second fight with tim. he got overconfident, dropped his hands and tried to finish prematurely. fedor saw the opening and took advantage. damn.
