As petty as the D was, he did let his sister and her family move into HIS house after the destruction of their house, while he went to stay with his parents. He should get some credit for that.

There is also a major age difference between the P and the D; which leads me to think there is a major age difference between the P's brother and the D's sister. Interesting that they did not show up for the trial.

This is about two disapproving brother-in-laws acting out against each other.
