I love all of your videos. Only thing I am left with questions on is the weights you use. I never know how much weight you are using unless I recognize the size of the barbells you use. Do recommend always using the same weight? Thanks I love you!! You are my new motivation to becoming a fitness model!

JNL, I LOVE your workouts and your programs (I have the FMP, BMP and the MBS programs). I would like to know how you personally deal with water retention during that time of the month and while you travel.
does this work for males fitness models to? i love how you look so well ripped out and still look very healthy, when i look at this on a male fitness model it looks so unhealthy. and he looks skinny with just bones and muscles.

this is an awesome workout for the booty! i do these regularly with my plyometrics! and it does give the booty nice shape...lol..atleast thats what the guys say as i walk by.

how many exercises do you do for quads and how many times should you do this workout per week?
in your other videos you did 3 sets x 21 here you are doing 10 reps why the difference?
