I've been doing kali for 6-7 years now and let me tell you the only thing that helps after a full contact spar or match is some damn pain tolerance and Arnica those sticks are extremely hard and strong, they will break bones and leave bruises on areas that you didn't even know you had, as for the techniques involved they're easy to pick up on and deadly as hell, if you decide to learn it, DO NOT OVER DO IT, stop when they aren't a threat and don't hold back if they attack you they want to hurt u
