There is a spiritual realm that not everyone sees, but as Christians we can usually sense it and I've been learning more and more in my walk with God how to catch or feel those attacks and rebuke Satan when it happens. A friend of mine and I do that for each other frequently, and then call each other later and ask if something was happening to them or around them and come to find out, sure enough it was.
