You cut the head off so close to the shoulders you wasted all the neck meat.. you're the type that won't even field dress it so you waste the inner loin meat too.. wow! what a shame.. Skin that deer to its jaw area and gt that neck meat thats 10-15lbs of meat, and inner back straps are better than outer.. stop being lazy.
