wow that is jaw dropping if you watch till the end! i almost stopped watching about 3 minutes into it. glad i didn't , however...think about this, what do you do when you awake? you can't go out and stop it all. you can't force them to give you your money back, you can't force them to reverse anything. so what good is it ... other than to just raise anxiety and frustration, what do we do with all this info? this is not a question for flaming, this is a adult conversation!
