He lied out both sides his mouth just then. Said if any person was a threat to be detained then said that 27% of Guantonimo detainees rejoin the fight after release. Comparing apples and oranges. Yeah, I guess John McCreep does want to keep these wars overseas going. McCain's wife Cindy Hensley has the gov't contract to sell liquor to our soldiers in the war zones in the middle East. McCain and family are raking millions in profit. Just gotta wonder how many times a soldier in these war zones had a little to much to drink one evening, then got up the next morning and made a mistake (hangover?) killing himself or some of his buddies. Do you want to be the jackoff who supplied the liquor?

John McCain, who I used to like, does not answer the question. Rand Paul did not ask if this was a good idea or a bad idea, or to defend it, he merely asked if it would be POSSIBLE under these provisions that an American Citizen (not a foreigner) could be detained indefinitely without trial. JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION YES OR NO.
McCain was a Songbird Trustee while imprisoned which means he's gutless traitor and the Viet Namese would have done us all a big favor by executing him.
McCain couldn't care less about anyone but himself, his insider investments and his power.
Anyone sponsoring this legislation with the "detainee" wording intact should be Impeached, removed from office, charged with treason and imprisoned or executed if it applies under the Constitution.
I see. . . so if we send our military men and women out to countries willy nilly. . . it is "keeping them safe", but if you want them to come home and be with their families, without all the psychological and emotional trauma that comes from a severely overworked military, you "want them in danger". So, John. . . are you saying that they're safer with people shooting guns at them in the middle east than they are at home with their families? You're wacked out McCain.
@kmelfina Yeah, see you have common sense! anyone who agrees with Mccain is a traitor and needs to be dealt with by the people at this point. The reason Mccain wants this is because the top bankers are paying him big money to pass this...
If John McCain's end goal is about the safety of our men and women in the military then why would he object to pulling the troops back home? Sounds rather disingenuous to me...
Talk to some of the men McCain served under. They allege he was not a hero- but a collaborator.Guys a little like Gen. Curtis Lemay- elevator's not connected to the penthouse.
Our constitutional provisions already account for citizen-terrorists, and demand trials and standards of evidence. McCain, et al., are a disgrace to this nation and a threat to freedom.
please recall that a number of "americans" of somailian descent went to the ME to join the jihad.............................. definitely put their asses in gitmo
27%. Thats it! ONLY 27%! That means 70% don't end up in terrorist camps after release. How many of that 70% were innocent? How many still in detention are innocent? Mccain yaps about his detention in vietnam & its awfulness, yet thinks innocent Americans should be subject to indefinite detention.
I think that is what America thinks ? McCain is a nazi freak that wants power.He is a war criminal to say the least. If we dont move now I fear we will be attacked . Come on America WAKE UP !
Proof that John Cain is supporting a FOREIGN POWER to the United States of America and that he is a shill for the Supra-National Fascist Globalist government.
See Article 7 of the supra-sovereign illegal Bretton Woods Treaty Agreements of 1944, ratified in 1945 by same nations that came together in 1945 to create the United Nation.
Talk about a selling out of the nation. Please write Dr. Rand Paul and ask him to put a bill in to REPEAL BRETTON WOODS TREATY AGREEMENTS.
hey McCain, how about if they pose a threat to a traitor to the United States of America..? one defination of Treason is to Breech The Trust of the American People.. another, is To Kill or Harm an American Sovereign.. NAFTA, Chinese Trade Agreement, the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act is harming us.. Globalization is harming the American People and is Treason..
"..shall be drawn to the gallows, not walking or carried.."
So he's basically saying we need to shut you up because you've caught us plotting a worldwide terror campaign including an act of terrorism against their own country to establish it. But it won't be just shut up it will be tortured more than likely in a foreign base somewhere
What this will turn into, basically, is if you go against the establishment, you will be labeled a terrorist and taken down to Gitmo. Wake up people. We Americans are losing our rights incrementally. Nobody sitting in a cave halfway around the world is taking our rights away.....our politicians are doing a good job of that right there in Washington.
@Werowocomico they dont and wont have room at gitmo for all the millions of us who have woken up...thats what the fema camps are for. those places need to be marched on and burned to the ground.
REGISTER TO VOTE AS A "REPUBLICAN" and vote for Ron Paul in your state's primary!!! This is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL!!! The very future of our Republic is at stake!!!!!!!!! THIS. IS. IT. People!!!
@Jokertattooo I wouldn't say that Global Government is treason. After all it is inevitable. It just needs to be voluntary and in a Constitutional Republic format.
@Jokertattooo There is a difference between globalisation and a one-world-government. Globalisation is mainly, among other things, about trade and communication. If anyone involved with globalisation should be tried, it would mean all Internet users.
Here is a former detainee of the Vietnamese government arguing for indefinitely detaining people. Charlie should have dispatched with McCain when they had the chance, or at least removed his tounge back in Nam.
"It is to secure our rights that we resort to government at all" - Thomas Jefferson
Anarchy is as far from liberty as tyranny. Without rule of law, there is nothing to enforce my rights. In anarchy, i cant leave my house because what if i come home and someone has taken it?
Government is evil, but its a necessary evil. Its why our founders attempted to chain it down and make it as small as possible with the Constitution. We only have our selves to blame for what we have now.
Do you own a trailor home?...If not, I seriously doubt someone will "take" your house.
That Constitution worked WONDERS for the Native Americans and African Americans....wait...nevermind, scratch that.
Seriously, drop the indoctrination slave speak..."We only have our selves to blame for what we have now"...
I cannot be blamed for shit...I dont vote, I did not agree to ANY of the terms imposed upon my by others - I am forced to adhere to the terms with the threat of my life.
@helltrackrider If there is no rule of law, which is what anarchy is, whats to stop me from coming to your house and forcing you out? You. So if i bring more guys with bigger guns, there is nothing to stop me taking your house. That's anarchy.
The terms that threaten your life are mostly unconstitutional. We are all to blame, because our government is a government of the people. the government is only allowed to run rampant because we allow it.
Can you provide me with "My" proof of consent please?...I am assuming that "I" am part of "Our"...correct?
Im not saying that you and your thugs wouldnt be able to invade my home; but ... the consequences for evil and the evil doers would be out in the open ... today, the evil doers hide behind words like "Police Officer"..."US Military"..."Public Official"...etc.
@helltrackrider virtually nothing about our federal government is constitutional or working the way our founders intended it. so lets just get that straight. im in no way advocating for the what we have today in America. but anarchy is in no way the answer either - i dont think you fully grasp what it is you are advocating.
I know...that whole non-legitimized violence thing is such a bore; we need theft...we need war...we need rape...we need kidnapping all to be a legitimate function to entertain us; and just so we do not get a guilty concious about our dismal ethics and morals - we will assign all these necessary evil functions to a ficticious entity we can call "Government"
You do realize that THIS is the reality of what YOU are advocating?...Have you grasped that yet?
@helltrackrider theft rape and kidnapping are all violations of basic human rights, no government should have the power to do any of these things. how you have come to the conclusion that i advocate these things is a mystery. why dont you make arguments based on the statements i am making, rather then the assumptions you are making.
@helltrackrider Taxation - there is no constitutional allowances for any direct taxes. apportioned taxes are voluntary (tax on gas as an example.)
Kidnapping - the most abundant victimless crime that jumps to mind is drug possession. the constitution gives the federal government no power to pick and choose which inert substances are illegal to posses.
rape - prison rape is a crime and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
Taxation is a claim to ownership...the Government owns nothing; what gives it the right to claim any fees or taxes from a purchase between two parties?...this is theft.
The increased cost of a good or service due to an outside entity claiming ownership over the purchase, good or service...any additional fees or taxes leveed upon a good or service - other than those agreed upon between the two parties exchanging ownership or services - is theft...plain and simple.
@helltrackrider there is no federal sales tax. the constitution does not bind states, it binds the federal government. if you have issues with your states tax policies, that's a different matter entirely. some states have no sales tax, and you are welcome to live there if you choose. in other words, under our government, its not illigal for the state to impose sales taxes. if the people of that state vote for those taxes thats their prerogative.
Im not speaking directly towards "Sales" taxes...taxes are taxes; regardless of where they are leveed...they are all theft.
import, export, excise ... all theft.
Why do you so adamantly support theft?...It is absolutely illogical to do so; if it were logical - it would be universally applicable - therefore, NOONE could be punished for theft...not me, not you, not the State.
@helltrackrider i wont disagree that the premise of taxation is theft to some degree, but under our form of government aportioned taxes, which are voluntary, are legal. and i would agree with that. i like driving on nicely paved roads, so i dont have a problem paying a tax on gasoline. an income tax is different because the government is forcing me through threat of force and incarcertation to take my money, and allow me to keep a portion of it.
Do you like having your grass cut?...maybe I should steal from you and cut your grass in return!
Fact is...roads would be provided in a stateless society; ever driven through a recently developed neighborhood?...roads paid for by the developer - not by taxes...utilities paid for by the developer - not by taxes...here is the best part, after the developer pays for them; the local Government siezes them.
@helltrackrider theft? i willingly paid for gasoline. it cant be theft if i partook in the transaction willingly. the government taking my income IS theft, as i dont have a choice. i cant choose to not be taxed and not benefit from the services my taxes go towards. i can ride a bike if i dont want to pay taxes on gas.
You willingly paid for gas...yes; but an additional cost was added for what reason?...Does the Government have any "skin in the game" for production, transportation, storage, advertisement, etc of the gasoline?...NO
They CLAIM a share of ownership by the barrel of a gun...this is THEFT.
Dont sugar coat it and see this as a "Voluntary" tax because you "Voluntarily" bought some gas.
I voluntarily accepted a job; income tax is therefore not theft...same principle.
@helltrackrider i told you what reason, to pay for roads. the tax is there to begin with because the people of that state allowed it to happen. no local government through fiat just passes new taxes. they are voted on by the citizenry. we arent talking about presidency waging war with executive order here and totally ignoring the rule of law. a state fuel tax is there by consensus. they dont claim owenership, they are adding a tax to facilitate costs the people have voted on.
Should I be held accountable for it; even if i did vote - but didnt vote with the winning team?
Why should the store operator not be allowed to offer the gas to me at a "tax free" cost if i dont want to pay the taxes?
You do realize how lost you are in your own arguments dont you?...You are trying on one hand to support Liberty and the next words out of your mouth are "tax" or "Government"...both anti-Liberty by definition.
@helltrackrider You need to realize there is a difference between state and federal government when it comes to the application of the Constitution. I'm not trying to argue that a constitutional government is perfect, but its certainly the best we have within the confines of a monetary society. I'll repeat the very first sentence i posted in this thread,
"It is to secure our rights that we resort to government at all" - Thomas Jefferson
Jefferson started the Barbary Wars - without Congress...He purchased Louisianna without Congress...passed the Embargo Act of 1807...supported Public Education...even supported the removal of Native Americans...
Not very Constitutional and certainly not an "Individual Liberty" guy...
@helltrackrider this isnt the place to delve into the history of Thomas Jefferson. nor do his actions, justifiable or not, diminish the veracity of the quote. the quote stands on its own, and its the truth. thats what the intent of our constitutional government was, weather thats what we have today or not.
Government cannot secure "Rights" while at the SAME TIME violate "Rights"...
If you want to use a quote and have it mean something; try non-hypocritical one...
A Government cannot exist without force and compulsion...if people were allowed to "opt out" and not fund the Govenrment - it would cease to exist; so...it relies on misseducation of the youth and guns.
@helltrackrider There is nothing hypocritical about the statement in and of itself. an argument could be made about the validity of the statement as it pertains to the individual to said it. but thats a very big argument not suited to a 500 character limit. so, ill say it again, there is nothing in the constitution that allows the federal government to violate your rights. if you dispute this point, cite a section of the constitution that backs your argument.
I have already explained to you...anyone who wishes to NOT fund the Federal Govt is NOT given that option...I dont think I need to cite references - like the allowance of slavery - when the gun in the room (taxation) is so obvious.
The quote is hypocritical; regardless of who says it...you are blinded by your own patriotism and non-wavering love for your Constitution dogma that you cannot see clearly.
@helltrackrider haha okay, so you advocate anarchy. give me the 123 on what happens when i show up at your house with 15 friends, all armed, and kick you out of it at 2:00am. or better yet, you go on vacation and come back and find me and 15 friends in your house, claiming it as our own.
Here is another victimless crime...gambling....or prostitution...or tax evasion...or crossing a ficticious "border".
Is it okay to kidnap someone because of any of these?
How can a Government function without taxation?...NO Government throughout history has been "Voluntary" ... you are born into it, you are the forced tax livestock of it ... and often times you cannot leave it.
How reasonable is it to punish someone for being born?...not very.
No difference in him and Obama,they want less freedom for us.more power for them! We arnt being repersented by anyone in DC anymore!!!!!!!!!!

He lied out both sides his mouth just then. Said if any person was a threat to be detained then said that 27% of Guantonimo detainees rejoin the fight after release. Comparing apples and oranges. Puts Americans who question authority in same category as gitmo detainees. Thanks FrankenCain, there is your true color shining thru. In his mind there is no difference.

Anarchy....TRUE Liberty.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider
NoseNuggets 3 months ago

The terms that threaten your life are mostly unconstitutional. We are all to blame, because our government is a government of the people. the government is only allowed to run rampant because we allow it.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago

"Our" Government...
Can you provide me with "My" proof of consent please?...I am assuming that "I" am part of "Our"...correct?
Im not saying that you and your thugs wouldnt be able to invade my home; but ... the consequences for evil and the evil doers would be out in the open ... today, the evil doers hide behind words like "Police Officer"..."US Military"..."Public Official"...etc.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider virtually nothing about our federal government is constitutional or working the way our founders intended it. so lets just get that straight. im in no way advocating for the what we have today in America. but anarchy is in no way the answer either - i dont think you fully grasp what it is you are advocating.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
You do realize that THIS is the reality of what YOU are advocating?...Have you grasped that yet?
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider theft rape and kidnapping are all violations of basic human rights, no government should have the power to do any of these things. how you have come to the conclusion that i advocate these things is a mystery. why dont you make arguments based on the statements i am making, rather then the assumptions you are making.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
Taxation - Theft.
Imprisonment for victimless crimes - Kidnapping.
Being molested in prison for said victimless crime - Rape.
Care to rebutt any of these?...Please use logic and facts.
Claiming "Taxation is not Theft" is illogical and non-factual; so dont start there.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider Taxation - there is no constitutional allowances for any direct taxes. apportioned taxes are voluntary (tax on gas as an example.)
Kidnapping - the most abundant victimless crime that jumps to mind is drug possession. the constitution gives the federal government no power to pick and choose which inert substances are illegal to posses.
rape - prison rape is a crime and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
taxing wages IS theft.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
Taxation is a claim to ownership...the Government owns nothing; what gives it the right to claim any fees or taxes from a purchase between two parties?...this is theft.
The increased cost of a good or service due to an outside entity claiming ownership over the purchase, good or service...any additional fees or taxes leveed upon a good or service - other than those agreed upon between the two parties exchanging ownership or services - is theft...plain and simple.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider there is no federal sales tax. the constitution does not bind states, it binds the federal government. if you have issues with your states tax policies, that's a different matter entirely. some states have no sales tax, and you are welcome to live there if you choose. in other words, under our government, its not illigal for the state to impose sales taxes. if the people of that state vote for those taxes thats their prerogative.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
What is so great about theft?...please, explain.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider i wont disagree that the premise of taxation is theft to some degree, but under our form of government aportioned taxes, which are voluntary, are legal. and i would agree with that. i like driving on nicely paved roads, so i dont have a problem paying a tax on gasoline. an income tax is different because the government is forcing me through threat of force and incarcertation to take my money, and allow me to keep a portion of it.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
So...roads is a logical conclusion for theft?
Do you like having your grass cut?...maybe I should steal from you and cut your grass in return!
Fact is...roads would be provided in a stateless society; ever driven through a recently developed neighborhood?...roads paid for by the developer - not by taxes...utilities paid for by the developer - not by taxes...here is the best part, after the developer pays for them; the local Government siezes them.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider theft? i willingly paid for gasoline. it cant be theft if i partook in the transaction willingly. the government taking my income IS theft, as i dont have a choice. i cant choose to not be taxed and not benefit from the services my taxes go towards. i can ride a bike if i dont want to pay taxes on gas.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
I voluntarily accepted a job; income tax is therefore not theft...same principle.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider i told you what reason, to pay for roads. the tax is there to begin with because the people of that state allowed it to happen. no local government through fiat just passes new taxes. they are voted on by the citizenry. we arent talking about presidency waging war with executive order here and totally ignoring the rule of law. a state fuel tax is there by consensus. they dont claim owenership, they are adding a tax to facilitate costs the people have voted on.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
I didnt vote on it.
Should I be held accountable for it; even if i did vote - but didnt vote with the winning team?
Why should the store operator not be allowed to offer the gas to me at a "tax free" cost if i dont want to pay the taxes?
You do realize how lost you are in your own arguments dont you?...You are trying on one hand to support Liberty and the next words out of your mouth are "tax" or "Government"...both anti-Liberty by definition.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider You need to realize there is a difference between state and federal government when it comes to the application of the Constitution. I'm not trying to argue that a constitutional government is perfect, but its certainly the best we have within the confines of a monetary society. I'll repeat the very first sentence i posted in this thread,
"It is to secure our rights that we resort to government at all" - Thomas Jefferson
let that sink in a bit.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
Jefferson owned slaves you know.
Jefferson started the Barbary Wars - without Congress...He purchased Louisianna without Congress...passed the Embargo Act of 1807...supported Public Education...even supported the removal of Native Americans...
Not very Constitutional and certainly not an "Individual Liberty" guy...
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider this isnt the place to delve into the history of Thomas Jefferson. nor do his actions, justifiable or not, diminish the veracity of the quote. the quote stands on its own, and its the truth. thats what the intent of our constitutional government was, weather thats what we have today or not.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
Truth cannot be hypocrisy as well.
Government cannot secure "Rights" while at the SAME TIME violate "Rights"...
If you want to use a quote and have it mean something; try non-hypocritical one...
A Government cannot exist without force and compulsion...if people were allowed to "opt out" and not fund the Govenrment - it would cease to exist; so...it relies on misseducation of the youth and guns.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider There is nothing hypocritical about the statement in and of itself. an argument could be made about the validity of the statement as it pertains to the individual to said it. but thats a very big argument not suited to a 500 character limit. so, ill say it again, there is nothing in the constitution that allows the federal government to violate your rights. if you dispute this point, cite a section of the constitution that backs your argument.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
I have already explained to you...anyone who wishes to NOT fund the Federal Govt is NOT given that option...I dont think I need to cite references - like the allowance of slavery - when the gun in the room (taxation) is so obvious.
The quote is hypocritical; regardless of who says it...you are blinded by your own patriotism and non-wavering love for your Constitution dogma that you cannot see clearly.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
@helltrackrider haha okay, so you advocate anarchy. give me the 123 on what happens when i show up at your house with 15 friends, all armed, and kick you out of it at 2:00am. or better yet, you go on vacation and come back and find me and 15 friends in your house, claiming it as our own.
NoseNuggets 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets You obviously do not understand Anarchist views.
biologos101 3 months ago
@NoseNuggets
How reasonable is it to punish someone for being born?...not very.
helltrackrider 3 months ago
