This beer was originally brewed for our brewer Eric Huber's wife, a dedicated Stout lover. She requested a dark, rich Stout.. It was to be made full-bodied, with chocolate tones and a creamy finish. At 7% ABV, this beer delivered. To pay homage to the Southern roots of OB, our buddy Jonny Barber and the smooth character of this beer, we chose to name it the Velvet Elvis.
