The truck driver definitely hit and ran away. Because he knew it was clearly his fault driving on the wrong side of the road. What he did not know clearly is that his bumper had fallen off with the number plate on it.

how much does this product cost? difficult to install?

@psteverific I fitted a " black box " in my car 2 years ago, after I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault, but I couldn't prove it. Mine cost £300 (UK) but you can get cheaper ones, for as little as £30.
