I can guarantee you the play that I like will give you 10 yards everytime. Instead of your RT + RG double-team. Send your RT to block the backside LB. Double teaming with the RG is not necessary unless the B gap is covered. Then send your LG around on the same block you said. And your FB should be up between the RG & RT in front of the qb and RB 2 yards behind the qb & same depth as FB He will have a better + stronger blocking angle, than if he was in a split back set like you have here.

i call it shotgun wing t but it looks nothing like this
QB in pistol position, RB behind him and 2 more RB's lined up at the same depth as the QB but behind the tackles on each side
