Dr Maxis used his duaghter Samantha's dog "fluffy" as a test subject and Edward (possibly Richtofen) accidently or purposely set up the experiment wrong and Maxis and Sam were killed. Samantha's spirit stays in all the maps with the bears, mystery box, and the Hell Hounds because of what happened to fluffy. I think Richtofen was somehow involved the experiments because in Shi No Numa it says Richtofen made the DG -2 and Dr. Maxis was gonna make it in mass numbers with more element 115, my theory

Its not really hide and seek, you just shoot a teddy bear and a little creepy girls voice says "Lets play hide and seek" or something like that. Then a few teddy bears and a monkey appear somewhere on the map and you have to find them. There's no reward for doing all of it, so I don't really see the point....
