I prefer the DS'one because it sounds like blues. Lanegan's voice is deeper than Homme's one, though Homme brings sensuality to the Era Vulgaris version.

Ok version, but I perfer Josh's stabile singing through out the whole song. Even though Cee Lo sings well after a while he holds back for far to long :/ And I guess they also have mixed the song on mtv so that the lead singer sounds loudest, that seems to be a regular set up for pop. That's why I like a qotsa gig, u can actually notice all of the instruments without having to really focus . They have a balance in the mixing^^ anyways great to see some real rock groups perform together on vma ;)
