steve you have a desease. buy a cure deseason potion. i think it lowering your stamina thats why its red in the skil lwindow. Also negative affects are shown in red in the active effects window which you get to through the magic option!

Steve just an advice to you. If you want to go archer, sneaking, and light armor, you should take some perks in light armor. That way, you got better defense while wearing light armor.
