This is perfect example on the NAD. They don't communicate with us. There are soooo many complaints against the NAD. Know what? NAD responds none to any comments!!!!
Very simple and a good point about putting customer as first priority of the business world. "Customer is always right" that is the rule that I learned from work long time ago. Also leadership, teamwork, etc... need tell themselves as good team that is an encouragement to themselves. Also they need put smile on their face everyday to lighten the day for everyone especially customers. I had a great support helped me to realize so many things since I went other path. :)
True and agreed! Video about MDI made me sick...how they were treated like slaves/prisoners...it's unbelievable! Wonder why that video (whoever did it) wasn't shown until very recently?
@Parropia Awww, you were thinking of me... That is so nice. You know where to find me. In Facebook. You can't MISS me there.. Just stop by my facebook and be nosy whats up with me.. :D And... Thats where I keep up with Dolly and your vlogs of silliness and creativity on your facebook. *snap* :D Anyway, I do not view this as winning or losing. The power of knowledge, principles, change and education. And It is not occasion thing... It is more common than we think... :D
@DEAFASLVLOGS ah dang, i kept on forgetting about facebook, i dont go there much lately. loss of interest perhaps. dolly's one who still very "fb-active" lol. oh abt win/lose thingy, what i meant was like to receive is to give. for example, a business must invest the inventory to earn the profits if done according what u just said then money'll come around. as for mdi, they put money first, service in the last place and see where it got them. i was floored when i saw the vid in ideafnews.
@Parropia I got it.. Thanks for clarifying it.... :D Now I understand why you asked Dolly because she is a FB-active so she can inform you about me.... Good strategy.... :D
Yes, that is true. I think that the problem lies that not many Deaf people are willing to admit, recognize, and do something about it. Not only that, I believe that not many hearing people will encourage Deaf people to run a business, to confront a problem, or to discuss a problem.
@ASLeslie Hi! Yes, It's true that audistic system in our Deaf education and our training that may bar us from understanding of the function in the business world. However, We always can't shift the blame on the hearing people. It's not their responsibilities to educate us. We've power to make a change. We can go to workshops, training, seminar, consultants, mentors, and many things at any time. The resources are very plentiful out there such as internet, library, books, etc. It is not too late.
@DEAFASLVLOGS Yes, I meant while growing up, not many Deaf children learn how to learn all those things before going out to the reality - that is why there are soooo many uneducated Deaf people who still struggle to understand English. There are NOT many workshops, training, seminar, consultants, mentors, and many things that provide in ASL. Again, it is never too late to learn anything new.
