Don't you watch Doctor Who? I looked into his eyes and end up having a drum beat in my head like the Master when he looked into the time vortex. Seriously Kaa's eyes do look a bit like the time vortex. Also a hypnotic snake would make a good episode of Dr Who.
The scene after the song with Shere Khan is just GREAT! I love Sterling Holloway's voice, and I absolutely adore Shere Khan and his calm, sarcastic nature!
