You use Sony Vegas, right? You need a minimum of 1280x720, 24fps, and a high

bitrate (data rate) like 5000Kb/s-7000Kb/s.

I think you have to save it as MPEG4 or something for Vegas.

I know one of my friends has Vegas, maybe he can shed some light.

I use iMovie so I save it as .mov (HD 1280x720 16:9, 30fps)
