  • @gymbamba I agree with this guy. You should get gymnastic rings. This stuff is rubbish and overpriced. I think the TRX is great for abdominal training due to your feet being suspended in the air, but when it comes to the arms, chest, and back it fails.

    Plus you can easily make an improvised version ONLY if it's used for abdominal work and not the rest of your upper body.

    Nice form lol. You were already losing your form and bending your legs by the time you were halfway at number 5. Lmao.

  • @jrk987...if you've ever tried using TRX for your arms, back and chest you would know it absolutely does not fail. Obviously, you've never tried it.
