  • There is no real print forany of the religions you misquote-nothing from nothing leaves nothing .

  • @dreinstein27 It seems you have a profound ignorance of Eastern Religions. That's typical of most Christians, I have found.

  • Go back and force your atheist views on Abe Lincoln-and other founders of this country (which is based on freedom of religion without persecution)

  • Just saying it doesn't make it so. You want it to be so . There are many pieces of advice to have a happy life-meditation,prayer to god ,specific rules etc. The Golden rule....can you site scriptures from the Buddist book or not ? Or -do you not really know it. My guess-you have no idea.

If we have a national day of prayer...why do you get bent out of shape on the cross at the WTC? It shouldn't bother you at all that people like their religion(whatever it be).

  • @dreinstein27 Clearly you don't know anything about Buddhism. While there are two main Buddhist texts, Buddhism isn't like Christianity in that they don't rely on the texts. Doing to would be having an attachment to the texts and that would be not be Buddhism. Second, as I said there are other Eastern religions which have the GR too. Like Confucianism. You will find the Golden Rule in the Analects. But I don't have it in front of me so I can't quote it at you. Do your own research

  • @dreinstein27 Second, National Days of Prayer do bother me for the same reason. They are a violation of the first and fourteenth amendments. Two wrongs don't make a right. 10 or more wrongs certainly don't make a right. Stop forcing your religion in everything that is American. It is unconstitutional, rude, and discriminates against everyone who is not Christian.

  • @dreinstein27 Finally, I noticed that you couldn't defend your position on the other topics, so I'll take that as an admission on your part that you don't know what you are talking about. Thanks for playing.

  • Buddism-? Where's the golden rule sited there?

If you were a Buddist-you would likely not attack another's religion with such venom. Your rage is the offensive element here. And since you leave Islam untouched-you acknowledge your fear of retribution and admit,by your actions, that you only bully those who you can count on to" turn the other cheek."

Abraham Lincoln called for 4 national days of prayer-hows that for mixing god and state? B Obama had a national day of prayer as well.

  • @dreinstein27 Buddhism has the Golden Rule as well as others. You should really learn about other people's religions then you will understand where your own religion comes from.

  • @dreinstein27 Leave Islam untouched? I have a pretty strong record of criticizing Islam. As it so happens, I actually get more death threats from Christians than from Muslims.

  • @dreinstein27 Criticism is not venom. Christians show real venom when they force their religion on everyone else. Just take your cross and put in in a church where it belongs.

  • MY BROTHER IN LAW AN ATHEIST. HE DONT TRY TO SHOVE DOWN OUR THROATS THAT OF HIS CHOICE [ABLE T DO IN AMERICA HAVE THE FREEWILL TO CHOOSE ] NOR DO ANY OF US TRY TO SHOVE DOWN HIS THROAT OUR CHOICE. HMM THERE'S A THOUGHT. DONT LIKE DONT LOOK GOT DAM IT!

  • @lapicciano Yeah, if religious believers weren't pushing their belief on everyone else and endangering human happiness, human progress, and human survival, I don't think atheists would really be that vocal. But religious believers don't even realize how much they push their beliefs on others. Then when atheists say, "enough" religious believers yell, "stop pushing your atheism." It would be comical under different circumstances.

  • Don't be against anything that strives for people to be the best they can be....

  • Only vampires FEAR the cross-

  • @dreinstein27 It's not the cross I'm afraid of, it's the Christians swinging it like a bat and armed to the teeth with guns demanding that I worship their deity their way or die. That's actually pretty frightening.

  • @DangerousTalk You can fear anything-some people fear elevators. When was the last time a Christian batted your head with a cross....see your exaggeration?. I wish a Jew or Muslim invited me to their place of worship-Id appreciate the fellowship and good will. I wish atheists would stop the attacks. I'm agnostic-raised Presbyterian. We were taught to offer friendship to all people(as Jesus would have) The golden rule is a New Testament concept - not such a bad rule to follow .

  • @dreinstein27 First off, the Golden rule isn't a NT concept. It predates the NT by at least 500 years. Christians need to stop taking credit for other people's ideas. Second, Christians attack all the time. Take a look through history some time. Better yet, just watch the news today. Pull out a dollar bill and you will see Christians forcing their religion on everyone else. When have atheists ever attacked anyone? I am questioning the ideas of Christianity in this video. That's not an attack.

  • @DangerousTalk Ok Dangerous -show me the evidence the golden rule was made 500 years before? By who?

  • @dreinstein27 Have you every heard of a small religion in Asia called Buddhism!

  • @DangerousTalk Yeah..that's a big problem in our country now.

  • You fat greasy ugly jew creep, you need to move to israel. As long as there is a flag that flies, and it will always, and you and your brethren will fall, this is, and always will be, the United States of America, As the song goes: "Your time is gonna come".

  • I don't really care all that much. I know the cross thing is utterly ridicules since there are cross sections all over the tower and people were going out of their way to look for one after 9/11 happened. Whether it goes in the memorial or not doesn't bother me. I'm more excited about the awesome towers going up. Tower 1 is already 76 stories tall and tower 4 is about 40 floors at the moment.
