  • Both were "cool" in there own ways. But, Richard was a giant. I so love this little piano concerto.

  • One of the best Burleskes ever from a great musician and pianist not ordinarily known for his natural keyboard virtuosity which he truly achieved the hard way, unlike many, particularly today, who have much more natural facility, but, in general, far less musicality originality.

    Check out Argerich's version as well, for a bit different approach.

    This isreally a magnificent performance, and it is nice to have this seminal recording of the piece uploaded to YouTube for everybody to enjoy.
