I know Billy Corgan and the guy and gals of Smashing Pumpkins look weird and that Billy Corgan strongly resembles Nosferatu a lot, but I would be less scared if I saw them coming down my chimney than I would Santa clause. As far as I'm concerned, there are no more Christmas songs--I remember hearing this song when I was a lot younger, not paying much attention to what he said...but really I see that in the song...

This song hits the reason for Christmas harder than any other Christmas song ever.

The whole 2nd verse is so powerful, "I remember dreaming..." part.

I really hate when people say Jesus is the reason for the season, they clearly need to listen to this song, really listen to it.
