  • Hahahaha, Of course you have trouble with my language you American filth. Priceless, I'm an American and I thought it funny as hell.

  • Excellent posting as ever, very interesting! I bet some Icelandic person would know how to pronounce that Ulf name, since Norse and modern Icelandic are practically the same?

Back to Norwegian: When a consontant (apart from S or K) is followed by J, is that consonant always pronounced?

For example with "fjord" you say the F, but with "gjerne" you don't say the G... or am I being thick [ha]?!

  • I second 440mon's request for things to do and things not to do in Norway! (And you like heavy metal!! WOOT! Norway has Roy Khan! /jealous)

  • Valhall Awaits Us All!

  • I'm hot for teacher :p Another great video Professor!

Can't wait for the Winter Olympics next February. Going to see some cute Norwegians. :)

  • mmmm :)

Yeah, it is always fun when the cute norwegians bring home so much gold after the olympic is over ;)

  • I am happy for whoever gets the gold, no matter what country they are from. If they are the best, they get the GOLD. The winter games are Norway's stronger suit since there are all those snow sports. ;)

    See ya teach'!

  • måtte den beste vinne ;)

  • ;) ¿? i'm not jelous but... I'm watching u! hahaaaaaa!! :D it's a Joke babe!

  • "Yo mama! - Minnesota vikings are not related in any way with real vikings!"

lol, wow, Someone actually asked that?! haha. I'm from Minnesota, Farve just joined the Vikings, stupid Packers. But I don't like Football anyways.

Danke for the videos, very helpful and your fun to watch. So dramatic and expressive :)

  • Just Great as always, I really enjoyed. Thanks Handsome Professor ;P

  • Hey Professor Galstrim,

Thank you for your videos! Could you do a video on the dos and don'ts in Norway? Like, for an example, what could be taken offensively by a Norwegian? Or common things tourists do that you should NOT do?

    Thanks!

  • Cool.. Love the song as well:-P

  • Like, like, like :)
