I am SO glad Agino is doing this playthrough without a commentary. As much as I love hilarious commentaries or gamers with a lot of insight to give, I feel like that's not the right way to approach a game like Legend of Zelda. He's taking us through the story like any curious gamer would: exploring every corner of the universe and appreciating the work put into making this beautiful game.

Horizontal strikes, vertical strikes... It was pretty obvious you couldn't kill them by striking randomly from all directions. And are you holding your controller properly? You keep raising your sword diagonally rather than straight up.

I just found out that you can get a wooden shield from one of the teachers for free. The guy with the long white hair is standing outside of the ground floor exit and he tells you to go and visit the knight in the training grounds.

When I googled the skyward sword walk-through, Agino's and another video appeared. Agino's said "it was his first time", and the other said "THE BEST HOTTEST HD Walkthrough on YouTube". I choose Agino's because it is fun watching first time plays. I find some mistakes are funny at times too. If you guys didn't want to watch a walk-through with mistakes, you should have chosen "THE BEST HOTTEST HD Walkthrough on YouTube" instead of the video that clearly stated it was his first time.

You didn't need to buy the sword. If you left the academy (the building where you first start the game), and you exit through the door downstairs, you run in to a guy, talk to him, and he gives you the wooden shield for free :)
