They're just not at the beginning, they come in a little more than 3 minutes in. Check their music video, from 306 to 328. I don't really know where to find tabs, but if you can find the tabs for the song, that's definitely part of it.

@twiggystalksyou It's their heath bar. Note that Ellie (the tan chick with pigtails) was injured and hers was low and yellow, unlike Isaac's whose was full and blue. Not very effective for the wearer, but very cool for the player. At least, I'm pretty sure that's right. Never played the game before, but I read alot.

@Trickster242 I believe that Isaac's mission was to find and destroy it, Nicole was something like "ghost" of his nightmares and only remembered that her death was some sort of his foult, a personification of his guiltyness feeling and fear , also some sort of "mark of the marker" over him, that was left after ishimura. The thing was that in game he accepted fact that Nicole is dead . But as you could already realise, Nicole was sort of a tool of marker to make it all hard and wrong for Isaac.

The only thing I didn't understand in the story was Nicole... I knew she was a manifestation of the Marker's influence on Clarke's head, but... can someone explain what she really wanted? To make him destroy the Marker? If so, why does she tries to kill him in the end? Please, can someone help?

@Trickster242 The way I see it is that she wanted to kill Clarke because he was the only one that survived and destroyed the first marker, and the only way was for him to touch her, "make them whole", so she prettended to help Clarke so she would have a chance of killing him. The second marker might've given her more power to try to kill Isac, so that might be a reason to lead him to the marker also. But anyways your guess is as good as mine.
