dude i apreciate you took the effort to make this vid and come with some usefull info to the wide audience but let me tell you something. YOU DON'T LEARN TO DO SPORTS AND GOOD HEALTH FROM BOOKS.
you can't be deficient in those 2 amino acids because they are not essential. the body can produce those himself and if you eat enough protein, regardless of which source, there shouldn't be a problem. and studys show that those 2 amino acids don't do anything in the body. they are just as useless as glutamine.
@sebbbi91 you can be deficient in any vitamin or amino acid that is what causes illness, and yes they are not essential and the body can produce those itself however to ward off the chance of getting one of the illness i talk about you should take them and here is the thing if you eat protein, regardless of the source you can get amino acids however which ones are you getting and how much certain types of protein foods dont have certain amino acids which is why i talk about the best sources
@swordteacher best sources: eggs, poultry, fish, beef. even if you eat incomplete sources of protein you can combine it with an other source and achieve a higher bv. and noone would benefit of taking extra carnitine or arginine cause if you would be deficient in them you would not be deficient in 1 or more essential amino acids. the sources i mentioned have all complete amino acid profile (and there are more). and if you don't eat animal protein you can combine different plant protein sources.
sure how about you trade the personal trainer or the performance athlete for the GOOD SPORTS/HEALTH books
