Cortes and his men then proceeded to slaughter all of them in the name of God, and their greed. When SSF4 comes out, I'm maining Hawk and I'm gonna destroy all white characters; ESPECIALLY THE SPANIARD!

@agaifi It's because the country is called the United States of America. And saying "I'm an American" is easier than "I'm from the USA".

We're all Americans, it's true. But if you say you are an American, most will assume you're from the USA.
