Guys please be careful BooKoo has 360mg of caffeine thats nearly 100mg more than Cocaine energy drink which was taken off shelves. Caffeine has an overdose of 3-20 grams in humans, 750-1000mg or higher can cause toxic symptoms and may need hospitalization.
I love both the taste of Red Bull and the taste of BooKoo.
However, I do think BooKoo tastes better.
I'll slowly sip either of them. :D
I hate to see Red Bull and BooKoo be put against each other. :(

That's why you drink a glass of water for every can you drink, Caffeine dehydrates you, that's what my brother told me, he used to work at GNC
