why didn't Honda think of that? The built-in VTEC and RPM in the same gauge.... so you know when to yell "VTEC JUST KICKED IN YO"

You can do this, just put a turbocharger kit with not much boost, so you can have a reliable and ejoyable car for daily use!

@GorpoBR is not easy to put a turbo in my escort...and I live in Romania, here I can't turbocharge my car because we don't have good auto services or mechanics :)

Romania, great country! I am sad for you, but if you don´t have good mechanics in Romania the only way is to change to a faster car... Maybe a Zetec 1.8L 16v or even a RS, don´t know what kind of Escort you have.

Carro que anda bebe mais, principalmente quando você anda acelerando o tempo todo igual eu faço todos os dias. Espero um consumo entre 4km/l a 5km/l no alcool para uso normal, ou se for pé de chumbo igual eu, fara 3km/l no alcool.

No, you need a 92-95 honda ecu and a harmness to translate your actual ecu to this OBD1 ecu

Cara, eu já tive um VTI 94 Branco na época que eu morava no Rio. Carrinho nervoso mesmo sem turbo. Perdi o carro em um assalto. Tinha feito uma adaptação que dava para tirar o final do escape nos fds. Parecia uma 7 Galo acelerando. Ficou 10 o novo painel, pois o interior do VTI é bem pobre. Parabéns pelo carro, ficou forte.
