it happened on the 1st day of spy/sniper update, most servers with limited amount of players on classes would let u choose a full class but then change your class with the choosen classes weapon

All you have to do is switch from one class to another in spawn(like hit , then press a number) and you should have the weapons of your previous class.

u used have to build a dispencer where they spawn...the person doesn't have a weapon when they spawn because they cant pick it up...bind f +use click f over gun ... other commands can allow u to use it again and again after u die.VALVE PATCHED THIS WITH THE CRAP HEAVY UPDATE!!!
