he feels guilty for "free trade" policies he put in place that destroyed the agriculture, economy, and infrastructure of many third world countries ( Haiti was hit the worst by these policies because the usa government ;not the citizens; made the country so decentralized it had no power only private companies, publicly traded corparations, and NGOs were allowed to have any power in Haiti!
