  • @fireflame40 it's a floating rock platform

  • what is that platform in the top?

  • There are a lot of neck beards watching this video.

    Just sayin.

  • Can I keep 2: 1½ RES in a 10 Gallon tank?

  • @NinjaBlood125 no, you need a minimum of 20 or 29 gallon tank you would be better off with a 40 gallon though because they will grow

  • I have 6 turtles in a 20 gallon tank but i want them to die cause they are so boring

  • @beast326941 sell them to a pet store or give them away

  • You need a 100+ gallon tank to house 4 RES.

  • How CUTE! Would a 40 gallon tank be oky for a turtle that is like 5 or 6 inches long

  • @DBDshow12 -- a 40 gallon tank will be fine if you have a good filter.

  • @zaphod7 K thanks

  • @zaphod7 No it wouldn't. These turtles love to swim, and a turtle 6 inches long does not have near enough space in a 40 gallon.

  • @DBDshow12 no it wouldnt. you need 10 gallons minimum for every inch of shell

  • bought them from craiglist --- somebody had baby turtles from their adult turtles

  • u catch em? ior buy em

  • u catch em?

  • tht looks bigger than a 40 gallon tank o.o

  • @11gearhead13 I don't have the tank anymore, but it looks very similar to a images.google.com search for 40 gallon tanks.

  • do ur turtles try to eat the algae eater fish?

  • @Sky300 As long as you keep the turtles fed, they don't go after the fish, at least not the koi or that particular algae eater. Other algae eaters are too slow and will be prone to get eaten!

  • not sure it's 40 gallons. Could have been more. I no longer have the tank.

  • r u sure thats a 40 gallon tank? and can u post a video of like the full tank? i need to get a tank for my turtle and idk how big of one i should get

  • @MegaAntKnot Well alot of people say that every inch your turtle is, you have to add 10 gallons to the tank. So if your turtle is 2 inches, you should get a 20 gallon tank. My turtle is 6 inches in a 20 gallon tank, and i have had the tank since i got him which he was way smaller when i got him. So i want a new tank. NOt a 60 tho because i think it is too much. I think a 40 or 50 gallon would be okay for my turtle

  • Why one of ur turtle are swimming very fast?

  • @SinisterHan4T1

the video was taken during his morning exercise routine

  • Great Tank !!! I really don't like the setup because when you have to clean your tank...all that rock's on bottom...they will give you a hard work....turtles are very messy...Your fish is very nice...but they will eat it =) 4 sure!

  • Yeah, I don't like rock at the bottom neither, I have none in my thank (go check my video of all my pet). When they grow up, you will need a bigger tank. But for now, it is a really cool setup!

  • that tank is awesome. you should just get a bigger dock

  • those are red ear sliders not painted turtles

  • thanks for the correction!

  • ur welcome

  • u mite want to put some plants in there because they love to sleep in them

  • lol nice turtule. i always wanted one but i only have one tank atm and have 4 oscars in it. they would prolly kill it. check out my videos. Nice tank set up btw

  • thanks! i saw your oscars - nice tank setup and fish. Painted turtles usually don't go after fish if you feed them enough!
