Anywhere, especially north Marion County is paradise. I lived there for two years and loved it, no crime, no dirty air, friendly people. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I could land a job there, that is one bad thing about Ocala, hard to find work
I happen to love Ocala, FL I think it is a great place to live. I can live anywhere I want and I choose to live here. I also have a problem with the RE scum comment. I am a property manager and Realtor here in Ocala and since I live here too, anything that adversely affects the people that I rent/sale to would affect me also.

Heres the real deal on Ocala Marion County Florida its a hell hole. 1. Full of white and ethnic trash of every kind. 2. Corrupt county officials have allowed the county to be devastated by unplanned and uncontrolled growth.
Go figure they are all contractors, RE scum and lawyers etc. 3. The air is unbreathable due to all the redneck and contractor fires that burn uncontrolled and ignored by the most lazy of fire dept ever. 4. The noise from barking dogs, off road vehicles, trucks with no exaust
