I do love this, I have a question though. You keep the gendered pronouns in regards to Jim, so this leads to two conclusions. Either Jim is a transguy who hasn't transitioned yet in which case, not a girl despite looks. Or Jim is a transgirl and Pike is being an utter asshat by using the wrong pronouns. So, ummm... I get that you're just using the original script but if you're familiar with trans issues this is what comes to mind. For me at least.

OK lets talk constructive critique. (Keyword Constructive) - Kirk, makeup makes you look like you just got in a fight, but you don't act like it. Your facials should be causing you to wince in pain just a tad. You are more comfortable in front of the camera than Pike, but still the dialog is too methodical and sounds stage acted. Remember ladies you are not on stage so you do not have to over act it. Be more subtle and natural as the camera catches everything.

(Keyword Constructive) Pike - you are not talking naturally and are focusing too hard on the consonants, indicating that you aren't as comfortable in front of the camera as you need to be. It hurts believability. Your voice stays a little too uptight, another sign of being nervous.

That was really cool! I liked the idea of this and Pike was awesome. Kirk had all the looks and litlte motions from Pine in the movie down so well. I wish I could see the whole movie genderswapped!
